Where we deliver

The whole Illawarra, six days a week.

Our courier team services everything from Helensburgh in the north to Jamberooin the south — that’s Wollongong, Bulli, Thirroul, Corrimal, Fairy Meadow, Figtree, Unanderra, Dapto, Shellharbour, Kiama and everywhere in between.

Refunds process in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. To change or cancel an order, call us promptly on (02) 4229 1877. Changes can’t be guaranteed once a delivery is in motion.

  • Do you deliver same day?

    Yes — we deliver same day, six days a week. Cut-off times vary day to day; please call your nearest store to check today's cut-off.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver as far north as Helensburgh and as far south as Jamberoo — covering the entire Illawarra region.

  • Are deliveries contactless?

    Yes, all deliveries are contactless drop-off. Where appropriate, blooms are sent with a water source to ensure their expected lifespan.

  • Can I collect my order?

    Yes — Click & Collect is available at both Wollongong and Bulli stores. Choose your store at checkout or when you call.

  • How can I order?

    Through our website, by phone, in person at the store, or via Instagram or Facebook DM — whatever's easiest for you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Afterpay. Bank transfer is also available — call the store and allow three business days for processing.

  • Is there a sales tax on top?

    No — all listed prices are final. There is no extra sales tax added at checkout.

  • What about refunds, changes or cancellations?

    Refunds typically process in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. To change or cancel an order, please call us promptly on (02) 4229 1877 — changes can't be guaranteed once a delivery is in motion.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No — we currently deliver within the Illawarra region only.
