  • Same-day delivery

    Six days a week across the Illawarra. Same-day orders need to be in by 2 PM, Monday – Friday.

  • In-store pickup

    Order ahead and collect from either the Wollongong or Bulli store — a great chance to choose your bouquet in person.

  • In-store, phone or social

    Walk in, call the store, or message us on Instagram or Facebook — any way that suits you.

Where we deliver

We deliver fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, arrangements and gifts across the Illawarra from our Wollongong and Bulli stores. Give your nearest store a call to confirm your suburb and today’s cut-off.

Full payment is required before any order is dispatched. For anything unusual, give the store a call.

Changes & cancellations

Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice for a refund less a $15 admin fee. Inside 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge applies. Once an order is with the courier it can’t be cancelled — so call us early on (02) 4229 1877.

Common questions

  • Do you deliver same day?

    Yes — we deliver same day, six days a week. Same-day orders need to be placed by 2 PM, Monday – Friday. Saturday orders are delivered between 9 AM and 4 PM.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We deliver across the Illawarra region from our Wollongong and Bulli stores. Call your nearest store to confirm your suburb is in range.

  • Can I collect my order?

    Yes — in-store pickup is available at both Wollongong and Bulli stores. Choose your store when you call or check out.

  • How can I order?

    Through our website, by phone, in person at the store, or via Instagram or Facebook — whatever's easiest for you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Credit card, EFTPOS, Cash (in-store), Afterpay.

  • How long should my flowers last?

    Our fresh-cut flowers should last four to seven days when cared for correctly. If they don't last at least three days, please call (02) 4229 1877 within three days of delivery and we'll sort it.

  • What about changes or cancellations?

    With more than 24 hours' notice we refund the order minus a $15 administration fee. Inside 24 hours a 50% charge applies. Once an order has been prepared and handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled. Online and phone-order refunds go back to the original credit card; in-store, by EFTPOS; cash purchases are refunded by voucher.

  • What if the delivery address is wrong?

    Please double-check recipient details at checkout — we're unable to refund orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
